Water quality has always been our primary commitment at Rathbun Regional Water Association, Inc. We believe the best way assure you that your drinking water is safe and reliable is to provide accurate facts. The Consumer Confidence Report that is sent to members on an annual basis explains where the water our members drink comes from and the treatment process used to make it safe.
Rathbun Regional Water Assoc., Inc. works around the clock to provide quality water to every tap. We will continue to partner with our communities to protect and conserve our water sources and to provide an accessible, economical, safe and dependable supply of water now and into the future.
In the RRWA service territory there are four sources of water for our members. Rathbun Lake is the major source of water for many of our members. We also provide water for our members in northwest Henry County from the water source in Mt. Pleasant. Those members in Lee County receive water from our Fort Madison source. Members in Des Moines County and eastern and southern Henry County receive water from our Burlington water source.
